Kenneth "JR" Merlau

President and CEO

 

JR is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years experience in mid-sized manufacturing companies. In addition to effective management leadership experience, he has developed particular skills in business development, creating comprehensive customer partnership initiatives, and optimizing international supply chain opportunities to achieve maximum customer value. His production, sourcing, and sales experience in China and Mexico add value to the SUS business model atypical of mid-sized manufacturers.

 

JR is a graduate of Purdue University (1992 BS Industrial Management). JR's current and past industry related affiliations include the North American Die Casting Association and the Farm Equipment Manufacturers Association.

 

JR and his wife Tracy have one daughter, Crystal. JR enjoys fitness, music, cars and travel.
